My recent stay at Victor Metropolis Hotel & Rooftop Bar in Hanoi City was a delightful experience. the hotel's superb location near the Old Quarter provided us with easy access to major attractions and a plethora of Vietnamese restaurants, offering a truly immersive cultural experience. the staff, especially Ruby, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and cater to our needs, enhancing our overall stay significantly. the white-themed rooms were elegantly designed, featuring large windows that filled the space with natural light, creating a serene ambiance perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Although we encountered a slight hiccup with a noisy room upon arrival, the hotel staff promptly addressed the issue by relocating us the next day, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. the rooftop bar, while closed during our visit due to rain, promised a lovely ambiance to unwind and soak in the bustling city below. In conclusion, Victor Metropolis Hotel & Rooftop Bar is a charming sanctuary in the heart of Hanoi, offering not just accommodation but a cultural immersion into the rich tapestry of Vietnamese traditions.
